Vista® is a professional Data Viewer and Converter application developed by Digitex Systems, designed for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) workflows. It supports MiniSEED and ASCII file formats recorded by our Sentry System devices and other SHM equipment, providing operators and engineers with powerful visualization, conversion, and analysis tools in a user‑friendly interface.
On top of that, Vista features a modern graphical interface, with professional multi‑channel charts, zooming, panning, and intuitive controls for data exploration. Finally, users can flexibly view, analyze, and export signals, making Vista an essential companion for both field operations and post‑processing tasks.
Vista allows seamless loading of MiniSEED and ASCII data recorded by Digitex SHM systems. Once loaded, users can explore signals interactively through stacked or multi‑chart layouts, check or uncheck channels for clarity, and zoom into regions of interest. Furthermore, you can export or convert the data in the visible region directly to ASCII (CSV‑readable) for further processing.
Moreover, the Vista application includes a comprehensive set of analysis tools tailored for SHM applications. Some of them are detrending, decimation, filtering in the time domain (Butterworth, Chebyshev, Bessel, Elliptic as low‑pass, band‑pass, high‑pass), FFT/PSD analysis, spectrograms, integration, power spectrum, auto‑correlation, and cross‑correlation. This way, it enables quick assessment of vibration, acceleration, velocity, and displacement characteristics without requiring external software.
In addition to signal analysis, Vista provides detailed metadata and statistical summaries for each signal and channel, including sampling rates, maximum and minimum values, RMS, skewness, kurtosis, and other statistical descriptors. Engineers can also compare multiple signals in separate windows, making Vista ideal for side‑by‑side event analysis.
